30 years ago today, Bill took his life. The trauma of that day, and for years thereafter changed the direction of my life.

After seeking a therapist who could appreciate my situation, I spent time with her to work on my own repair as well as to move forward. It was difficult, uncomfortable, but necessary.

Today I am happily married for 22 years & have a son who makes me proud.

If you or someone you know is struggling with why to live, please hold them tight (physically or figuratively) and tell them what they mean to you. Our love for each other is one way to support those who are desperately in need.

There are services with therapists who want to help those feeling alone & hopeless. Sometimes it can be face to face, but many times it’s online. Therapy can go through insurance, but some therapy is free if you’re struggling financially. Just ask, I did!

It is most important to find a therapist you feel comfortable with enough to share your deepest feelings. Seek it, it can help you through the worst of times. I remember too well.

Even kinky people can get support on these platforms. I’ll list some resources below. Please use them.
